Post & DHL Shipping in Magento®

Problem

When creating Cash On Delivery shipments, the following errors are shown in the log:

Bitte geben Sie einen Zahlungsempfänger an.

Bitte geben Sie eine IBAN an.

However, a valid bank account has already been entered into the module configuration.

Cause

The bank account has not been stored in the DHL Business Customer Portal (Geschäftskundenportal).

Solution

Enter the bank account in the DHL Business Customer Portal (Geschäftskundenportal). This is necessary for production mode.
