Problem

When trying to create DHL shipping labels, the following error occurs:


Shipping labels can't be created. Verify that the store information and settings are complete and try again



Cause

The sender information is not set correctly in the Magento configuration.

Solution

The following information must be set in Magento:

  • Store name
  • Store contact telephone
  • Origin country (Germany)
  • Origin region / state
  • Origin ZIP code
  • Origin city
  • Origin street address
  • Contact data in DHL module configuration
