The Versenden / Shipping module does not calculate shipping cost. Its purpose is transmitting the shipping information to DHL and download shipping labels.
The shipping cost need to be configured directly in the Magento shipping methods. This is also one of the advantages of the DHL module, because it allows for great flexibility. It generally works with any shipping method that is set up in Magento.
