Problem
The following error occurs:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function easter_days() in .../lib/Mal/Holidays.php on line 16
Cause
The PHP extension "Calendar" is not installed or enabled on the system.
Solution
Install / enable the Calendar extension for PHP. This is needed for the calculation of holidays and the DHL service "Preferred day".
