The login credentials for DHL Versenden/Shipping suddenly stopped working, although there were no prior problems.
For security reasons, the DHL credentials do not remain valid forever. They need to be renewed regularly.
Open the DHL Business Customer Portal (Geschäftskundenportal) and follow the instructions to renew the credentials (password) for the affected user.
For use in the shop configuration, we recommend creating a separate System User.The password for System Users is valid for a longer time (1 year).
